3. Any photos must also be sent in the body of the email.

4. Do not send any photos with nudity as the age of the person in the photo is not verifiable.

5. Anything sent to THEFLASPIN.COM may be altered, edited changed or not used at our discretion.

6. Anything sent to THEFLATSPIN.COM will not be returned
Clearly state in the body of the email if you want your real name to be used in the byline, a pen-name and how you would like the name you choose to appear. If not specified, the title "Contributing Writer" will be used.

7. Your name and email address will not be disclosed to any third party unless so required under the law or requested by law enforcement officials so please, don't send anything that could get either of us in trouble.

8. Submissions are not accepted by anyone under the age of 18.
